Evaluate and Negotiate is best suited to buyers who have the time and desire to search and select properties themselves and prefer to outsource the due diligence and negotiation phases.
Evaluate and Negotiate is for buyers who've already found a property and want a professional opinion on the property and representation to purchase it for the lowest possible price. The service is for buyers who want a buyer's agent to assess the property in terms of price and to identify any issues, red flags, or items worth investigating further. These buyers also want support in dealing with the agent and running the negotiation or auction bidding on their behalf, through to exchange. Retainer fees start at $3,000 + GST and cover price assessment, identifying red flags, and negotiating or bidding at auction on your behalf. Success fees start at $4,000 + GST and are only payable if the property is successfully purchased. Fees cover up to two properties under the Evaluate and Negotiate service.
