I'm Rhiannan Jenkins, a Class 1 Licensed buyer's agent based in Glebe and a member of REBAA and REINSW. I built my career inside established buyer's agencies, then went independent to give Inner West buyers honest, impartial advice. I keep things boutique, so you deal directly with me from start to settlement. I'll help you work out what a property is really worth, spot red flags, deal with agents, and negotiate or bid at auction with a clear plan. Evaluate and Negotiate is for buyers who've already found a property and want a professional opinion on the property and representation to purchase it for the lowest possible price. The service is for buyers who want a buyer's agent to assess the property in terms of price and to identify any issues, red flags, or items worth investigating further. These buyers also want support in dealing with the agent and running the negotiation or auction bidding on their behalf, through to exchange. Retainer fees start at $3,000 + GST and cover price assessment, identifying red flags, and negotiating or bidding at auction on your behalf. Success fees start at $4,000 + GST and are only payable if the property is successfully purchased. Fees cover up to two properties under the Evaluate and Negotiate service.
