Two hours on site with two qualified tradesmen and an inspection by a licensed builder. We meet with you on site and listen to your concerns — where you've seen leaks, damp, cracking, movement or anything that needs attention. We carry out a full visual inspection of the affected area and the surrounding building envelope (roof, gutters, flashings, chimney, walls, drainage or structure) and take photos. We diagnose the real problem, not just the symptom: for leaks and damp that means water testing to trace the actual source; for structural, drainage or other issues it means investigating properly before we recommend a fix. Where needed we go further — opening a ceiling panel, lifting a tile or sheet, excavating to inspect drainage or footings, or using an inspection camera. We carry out urgent repairs on the spot where possible, and you receive a full written report with photos plus a detailed scope of works and cost estimate for any further repairs. A licensed builder or senior tradesperson is involved in every inspection, either on site or via video review of the inspection photos.
