A focused design consultation for smaller problems and minor works. A licensed builder and registered architect inspect your property, and we meet on site or over Zoom to understand what you need. You receive hand-drawn architectural concept floor plan sketches — two sketch options with notes for the specific element in question — plus a detailed roadmap and budget through design and approval. We typically aim to present the deliverables within 4 weeks of the initial site inspection. If you need an expedited process, let us know and we will accommodate it subject to the studio's capacity. All consultation outputs, including sketches and recommendations, are reviewed and endorsed by a registered architect prior to delivery.
