Architectural design sketches and 3D vignettes with a sustainability review built in. A licensed builder and registered architect inspect and 3D scan your property, and we meet on site or over Zoom to understand your needs. You receive a 3D architectural concept with 'walk through' floor plans and design, two design options with notes, a feasibility report with planning details, key project data and indicative planning calculations, and a detailed roadmap and budget through design and approval. We may need up to 10 working days to develop the sketches — if you need them sooner, talk to us. All consultation outputs are reviewed and endorsed by a registered architect prior to delivery.
