Our most popular design consultation: architectural design sketches plus 3D vignettes. A licensed builder and registered architect inspect and 3D scan your property, and we meet on site or over Zoom to understand your needs. You receive two design options with sketches, 3D vignettes and notes, a feasibility report with planning details, key project data and indicative planning calculations, and a detailed roadmap and budget through design and approval. We typically aim to present the deliverables within 4 weeks of the initial site inspection. If you need an expedited process, let us know and we will accommodate it subject to the studio's capacity. All consultation outputs are reviewed and endorsed by a registered architect prior to delivery.
