A bathroom design consultation with 3D drawings, finishes and a detailed set-out. We inspect and measure your existing bathroom on site, then present a concept bathroom design including floor plans, elevations and 3D renders, with supplier recommendations. You receive detailed documentation for quotation and construction: floor plans with detailed set-out, elevations showing fixtures and finishes, and schedules of fixtures and finishes. We typically aim to present the deliverables within 4 weeks of the initial site inspection. This assumes the work is classed as Exempt Development — if construction approvals are required or the scope is beyond what is listed, we can provide these services for an additional fee. All outputs are reviewed and endorsed by a registered architect prior to delivery.
